Re-Roof & Spouting — St Clair

St Clair is one of Dunedin's most exposed coastal suburbs. This property sits just two streets back from the beach, and the existing roof had been severely degraded by salt air over 35 years.

We specified Colorsteel Endura for its superior corrosion resistance in severe marine environments. All fixings are stainless steel, and every flashing detail was designed with salt exposure in mind.

The continuous spouting system was also upgraded to handle the heavy rainfall this area receives. Oversized downpipes ensure water moves away from the foundations quickly.
