Butynol is a synthetic rubber membrane that's fully welded at every joint, creating a seamless, watertight surface. It handles Otago's UV exposure, frost cycles, and temperature swings without cracking or shrinking — problems that plague cheaper membrane alternatives.

We install Butynol over a properly prepared substrate with correct falls for drainage. Every penetration — pipes, vents, skylights — is detailed with custom-formed Butynol boots and patches. Upstands, termination bars, and edge details are all finished to the manufacturer's specification.
