New Build — Mosgiel

A modern 4-bedroom family home in one of Mosgiel's newer subdivisions. We worked with the builder from the planning stage to ensure the roofing solution matched the architectural design and budget.

The low-pitch hip roof required careful attention to weathertightness at the valleys and junctions. We used Colorsteel Maxx in Ebony with a 5-rib Eurotray profile for the clean, modern look the owners wanted.

Matching continuous spouting and round downpipes in Ebony completed the exterior package. The whole job was coordinated with the build schedule — no delays.
