Most roof failures don't happen suddenly — they develop over years of small, fixable issues that nobody noticed. A lifted flashing. A rusting screw. A blocked downpipe causing water to back up under the ridge. By the time the ceiling stain appears, the damage is done.
Our roof inspections cover the full system: roofing iron condition, flashing integrity, ridge and barge caps, fixings, valleys, penetrations, spouting alignment and flow, and a visual check of the timber framing from the roof space where accessible.
We photograph everything and provide a written report grading each element. Urgent issues get flagged immediately. Items that should be addressed in the next 6 to 12 months are noted separately. And we'll tell you what's fine and doesn't need touching.
For landlords, property managers, and homeowners who want peace of mind, we offer annual maintenance visits. These include a full inspection, minor repairs on the spot (fixing loose screws, re-sealing small flashing gaps, clearing debris from valleys and gutters), and a maintenance record you can use for insurance and building documentation.
